We started in 2009 when our owner, a Technican himself, imigrated from New York and realized the shortage of real qualified I.T. Professionals in Melbourne and the surrounding areas. After an intensive market survey, he decided that I.T. support for the general area was no only underqualified but overly expensive. The decision to begin Australia's Computer Techs was 2 fold. Firstly to provide fully trained professionals to the Melbourne and surrounding areas. The second to provide a lower I.T. cost to local businesses. This lower cost comes from trained professionals spending less time on site for repairs and recommendations and also a lower hourly charge then the top companies in the area.
We constantly send our technicians to classes and conferences. Keeping them on top of the newest technologies and enabling them to be successful with your requirements.
Unlike the market leaders, we do not charge you a yearly agreement fee for just "being available". We do not require advance payments monthly or yearly for services we are not sure we will perform. We charge you when we do work. The only advance charges we require are for big projects where we charge the hardware, or a portion thereof, upfront or if you decide to utilize our help desk services at a per month fee. contact us for more details.
