Standard NON-Contract Rates and Payment Terms (Mobile Repair)

Rates are PER HOUR. Standard rates are as follows: $105 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum per job. Billing will start when the technician arrives on site and cease when the technician leaves the site. We will bill half hour incriments - no quarter hours and half hour starts at end of first hour. No charge will be rendered for travel within a 30 minute radius. Parts will be billed at cost +10%. Payment must be made at time or repair in cash or a credit card must be provided before dispatching a technician in which a 2 hour minimum will be placed on hold and the full amount billed immediatly after the work is completed. No checks will be accepted.

Rates are PER HOUR or pre-negotiated. Contract rates are as follows: $95.00 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum per job. Billing will start when the technician arrives on site and cease when the technician leaves the site. We will bill half hour incriments - no quarter hours and half hour starts at end of first hour. No charge will be rendered for travel. Parts will be billed at cost +5%. Payment must be made within 14 days of invoice by credit card, EFT, Check or Cash. For certian customers we will allow up to 30 days for payment. Late payments will incure late charges. Additional terms may be applicable - each contract will be specific to the customer's requirements and negotiated terms. We also have a plan in which you pay a fee monthly. This will include all of your technical support but not any parts (unless negotiated prior). Please contact us for more details.

Help Desk Rates

There are different levels of Help Desk Support. We can offer basic support to highly technical support. Pricing will be completely dependant on your needs. You will be given a help desk support number (for your company only) and operators will be trained on your equipment and made available during the times set forth in your contract. All help desk contracts carry a one year minimum (but may be increased by the amount of training required). We charge a monthly fee for this service and is based on your needs. Remote support for Linux, Windows and Mac systems (remote meaning we can access your system remotly and render support without coming to you in most cases). Software security analysis and repair.
